04/01/16 Red Tail Hawk Female Tower Rd Denver DSC_0628. We drove from Barr Lake State Park to Cherry Creek State Park near Denver on 04-01-16 our 36th Wedding Anniversary. We saw a very large bird nest. We pulled over and got out of the car. There were hawks in the nest and they flew over us for about 45 minutes. I was taking photos the whole time. About 850 photos. It was very exhilarating. I got a few good shots out all those photos I think. I hope you enjoy them too.
